Addendum To Contract

Norton Buffalo & Friends Unplugged

P.A. System Technical Rider and Backstage Rider

1. Purchaser is required to provide an adequate p.a. system for the performance, this system shall include the following:

a) front system must have at least a 12 channel board, adequate speakers and power for proper coverage of this specific venue, as well as an adequate length snake to run from the stage to the mixing console.

b) System must have graphic e.q. dedicated for tuning the front (house) system.

c) Digital reverb effect for use on background vocals and instruments


d) Monitor system must include no less than three monitor cabinets.

e) Monitor system must have no less than two separate mixes.

f) Each monitor mix must have separate graphic e.q. for tuning stage sound

g) System shall include at least three direct boxes (2 guitars and 1 harmonica)

h) System shall include no less than 3 quality microphones and cables to include 3 vocals.

i) Sound company shall provide a competent and knowledgeable engineer /technician to set up and mix the show (no bozos please).

2. Purchaser shall also provide backstage bottled water, sodas (including bottled water, and juices, and food for the band. Including a deli- meat-cheese-bread-vegi assortment and or meals (enough to accommodate all musicians and crew).

3. Purchaser must provide a warm, and secure dressing room in which the band can change clothes and otherwise prepare for this performance. This room must be one that locks, and to which a key shall be available to the artist. If this room is not lockable, purchaser must provide a security guard to guarantee the safety of the contents of this room at all times.


TERMS OF AGREEMENT

1. All of the terms of this rider are required to be fulfilled by purchaser.

2. Purchaser hereby agrees to comply with all of the aforementioned terms.

3. Any problems in the fulfillment of these terms shall be discussed with artist immediately, artist will then determine if any mutually agreeable amendments to these terms may be made.

4. Any amendments to these terms must be initialed by both parties

5. Any deliberate failure to fulfill any of these terms, will constitute a breach of this contract, and thereby jeopardize performance.
